Fabric bellows have a flexable structure and they are produced by forming various technical fabrics and stiffening with PVC materials. Movement and area borders of classic fabric bellows depends on the dimensions of the rails and slideways which they are guided on. These kind of bellows are an excellent solution even for the narrowest places.
Production Forms
These kind of bellows are produced in three ways as welding, sewing and laminated.
In welding method PVC stiffeners and technical fabrics are combined by high frequency. Chemical adhesives are not used so cooling liquids and chemicals can not damage the structure of the product. By this preventation high protection can be provided in environments where liquids are found.
In sewing method PVC stiffeners and technical fabrics are combined by sewing. It is a durable solution for the environments where high temperatures and tough conditions are found.
